Follow this link, choose fish species in waterbodies to load an interactive map feature. Once you have zoomed in sufficiently, fish species, and even topographical contours can be turned on in the left window. Can be very useful in trip planning.

The government has updated the fish species maps. The new link is as follows:

The colors are a bit confusing now, as it blends the colors of all different fish species in each lake by alternating pixels.
