Hook: #10, 3-4xl Streamer Hook
Thread: 6/0 or 8/0 Fire Orange
Bead: 1/8” Copper
Tail: Black Rabbit Fur
Underbody: Fire Orange Thread
Overbody: Black Palmer Chenille (small)
Instructions:
1. Slide bead on hook with small end of bead facing eye of hook
2. Attach thread to hook behind bead
3. Wrap thread in behind bead to prevent from moving
4. Wrap thread to back of hook creating a thread base
5. Tie in clump of black rabbit fur for tail (tail should extend one shank length behind hook)
6. Tie in chenille
7. Move thread to front of hook
8. Palmer the chenille forward to front of hook and tie off
9. Whip finish
