Outing:

Casting Clinic & BBQ: Tooey Lake

We will be hosting a Casting Clinic and BBQ at the Tooey Lake Picnic Area (Hwy 41 South of Dacre) from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Please bring your fly fishing equipment and something to cook on the BBQ. A BBQ will be provided. Some fly fishing equipment will be available for those who require it.

Outing:

Big Bass Tournament: Muskrat Lake

Registration will be from 8:00am to 9:00am and 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the Cobden public boat launch. Bring your own lunch from 12:00am to 1:00pm in the park beside the launch. Results for each entrant are to be handed to the marshal at the boat launch prior to 4:35pm on the day of the tournament. Prizes will be awarded at 5:00pm at the launch. $5.00 entry fee.

Outing:

Float, Wade, and Fish the Bonnechere River

The stretch of river we will be canoeing / rowing is the Bonnechere River from Wilber Lake to Eganville. There are rapids and flat water in this stretch of the river. You will be required to wade some areas. The total run is around 9km.

We will meet at the Dixie Lee Restaurant in Eganville for breakfast at 9:00am. At 10:00am we will proceed to the Wilber lake put in off Highway 60. A club member will leave their vehicle in town to run people back to the lake to pick up their own vehicles at the end of day. We will fish the lake and then move down the river to Eganville arriving around 4:00pm.
